Primary Responsibilities:

• Attending all Customer Service enquiries on both Phone and via Email

• Processing of Sales orders and Credits

• Providing customer quotes, quote follow ups, order status updates, lead times etc

•  Providing technical product information and support to customers
•  Supporting our sales team

About You

You will be a self-motivated customer service specialist who enjoys working in a high-performance culture.

• experience in a similar role
• a reliable work history with a good attitude to safety
• a customer centric approach to all verbal and written communication
