About the Role As the IT Trainer, you will build capability across SAP, Microsoft 365, and other business systems. You will create structured training programs, practical user resources, and provide coaching and support to ensure employees can confidently use technology in their roles. Working closely with development teams and stakeholders, you will ensure business processes and system updates are accurately reflected in training materials. You will also play a key role in system rollouts, upgrades, and digital initiatives across the organisation. Key Responsibilities: - Deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules (with a focus on SAP and Microsoft 365)
- Tailor content to suit different user groups including end-users, super users, and management teams
- Provide group sessions and one-on-one coaching
- Develop user guides, quick reference materials, and online resources
- Maintain an up-to-date library of training documentation aligned with business processes
- Conduct training needs analysis and implement structured training plans
- Support system rollouts, upgrades, and testing of system enhancements
- Monitor training effectiveness and recommend improvements
- Act as a change champion to encourage system adoption
What We’re Looking For: Essential - Proven experience delivering IT training in SAP and Microsoft 365 environments
- Strong understanding of SAP business processes and Microsoft collaboration tool
- Ability to translate technical concepts into practical, easy-to-understand learning
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage diverse audience
- Experience developing digital learning content (e-learning, guides, videos)
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
Desirable - SAP certification or experience as a SAP super user/trainer
- Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Exposure to project or change management
- Relevant tertiary qualification
