We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to grow and support Capral’s Industrial customer base across Townsville and surrounding North Queensland regions. You will represent our market-leading aluminium extrusion and distribution range, working closely with customers in manufacturing, engineering, transport, automation, and fabrication industries. What You’ll Be Doing: - Managing and growing a diverse sales portfolio across North Queensland, including established and emerging fabricators
- Developing and executing strategic customer growth plans in collaboration with supply chain, operations, warehousing, software, and marketing
- Supporting new customer acquisition goals and executing local growth strategies to expand Capral’s presence in the region
- Becoming a trusted technical advisor, leveraged from access to our Melbourne-based NATA-accredited testing lab and national product managers
What We’re Looking For? - A self-motivated professional who can plan, structure, and take ownership of their territory
- The right attitude, ideally with a proven track record of managing a sales portfolio and achieving KPIs
- Experience in technical or solution-based selling — transferable skills from related industries are welcome
- Knowledge of aluminium extrusion, fabrication, or OEM supply chains is advantageous
- A strong communicator with a proactive, results-driven mindset — someone who follows up, follows through, shows resilience, and builds trust
- A current and valid driver’s licence
