Join Capral Aluminium as our next IT Solutions Architect and play a key role in shaping our technology future. You'll lead the design, governance, and evolution of end-to-end solutions across ERP, CRM, Microsoft cloud, OT, and data platforms—ensuring they’re integrated, future-ready, and aligned with our transformation roadmap.

Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions across key platforms (ERP, Microsoft, CRM, OT, and Data/Analytics)
• Translate business needs into smart, scalable technology solutions
• Lead the technical evaluation and selection of tools, platforms, and vendors
• Set and enforce solution standards, patterns, and integration principles
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to deliver cohesive, aligned outcomes
• Manage product lifecycle management – upgrades, enhancements and end-of-life planning
• Advise senior leadership on technology direction and emerging trends
• Provide high-level technical support and act as a trusted advisor across the business

Essential Criteria

• Proven experience as a Solutions Architect in large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong knowledge of SAP ECC6 and integration landscapes.
• Expertise in Microsoft cloud platforms (Azure, M365).
• Experience with data strategy, cloud storage, and analytics platforms (e.g., Azure Data Lake, Snowflake, Power BI).
• Exposure to Operational Technology environments (SCADA, MES, WMS, Plant Maintenance and Planning systems).
• Strong product evaluation and vendor management experience.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.

Desirable

• Manufacturing, logistics, or industrial sector experience.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and governance frameworks.
• Familiarity with hybrid and cloud-native architectures.
