PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES - Manage and grow business with residential and commercial aluminium window and door fabricators across NSW
- Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and convert them into sales by offering tailored solutions and adding value
- Conduct all business interactions professionally, ethically, and with a strong safety mindset
- Collaborate with internal teams (estimating, technical, operations) to ensure seamless service delivery
- Stay informed on market trends, product innovations, and competitor activity within the glazing and construction space
- Represent the business as a trusted advisor in the aluminium windows and doors sector
What you’ll bring - Proven success in sales, preferably within the building, glazing, or aluminium industry
- A strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent relationship-building and influencing skills across all levels of stakeholders
- Commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities and think strategically
- Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
- Self-driven, resilient, and results-focused with a proactive mindset
- Organised and disciplined, capable of managing a large and varied territory
- Willingness to travel regularly (including overnight stays as required)
- A positive, team-oriented attitude with loyalty to colleagues, customers, and the company
- A current Australian Driver’s Licence
- Good computer skills, including CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and reporting tools
