About the Role We are seeking a driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to grow and support Capral’s Industrial customer base across South Brisbane and surrounding regions. You will represent our market-leading aluminium extrusion and distribution range, working closely with customers in manufacturing, engineering, transport, automation, and fabrication industries. What You’ll Be Doing - Managing and growing a diverse sales portfolio, including some of South Queensland’s most established and emerging fabricators
- Developing and executing strategic customer growth plans in collaboration with supply chain, operations, warehousing, software, and marketing
- Supporting new customer acquisition goals and executing local growth strategies to expand Capral’s presence
- Becoming a trusted technical advisor, leveraged from access to our Melbourne-based NATA-accredited testing lab and national product managers

What We’re Looking For - A self-motivated professional who can plan, structure, and take ownership of their territory
- The right attitude, ideally with a track record of managing a sales portfolio or hitting KPIs
- Experience in technical or solution-based selling—transferable skills from related industries are welcome
- Knowledge of aluminium extrusion, fabrication or OEM supply chains is an advantage
- A strong communicator with a hunter mindset—someone who follows up, follows through, has resilience and builds trust
- Full driver’s licence
