Capral Aluminium is seeking experienced and reliable employees to join our Regional Distribution Centre (RDC) across Paintline, Warehouse and Despatch operations.

About the Role

You will support the day-to-day operations of the RDC, ensuring the safe, efficient and timely processing and distribution of Capral products.

Key duties may include:
• Paintline, Warehouse and Despatch operations
• Picking, packing and dispatch of customer orders
• Loading, preparation and pre-loading of deliveries
• Forklift operations, including vehicle loading/unloading
• Inventory and materials handling
• Use of SAP and warehouse systems
• Adherence to safety, quality and legislative requirements

About You

You are reliable, safety-focused and take pride in your work. To be successful, you will have:
• Recent experience in a warehouse, despatch, paintline or similar industrial environment
• A valid LF Forklift Licence (essential for most roles)
• Physical fitness and ability to perform manual handling tasks
• A strong commitment to health and safety
• A reliable work history and strong attendance record

Desirable:
• Experience using SAP or similar warehouse systems
• Intermediate computer skills

Applicants must also be prepared to undertake a pre-employment medical inclusive of drug and alcohol test.
