About the Role We are seeking a commercially driven and relationship-focused Account Manager to accelerate growth across Perth and surrounding areas. In this role, you will represent Capral’s market-leading aluminium systems, build strong customer relationships, and drive both retention and new business growth within your territory. What You’ll Be Doing - Manage and grow a diverse sales portfolio across the Perth region, including established and emerging fabricators supplying the building industry
- Deliver solution-based sales across Capral’s aluminium systems, supported by technical experts and customer service teams
- Develop and execute strategic growth plans in collaboration with internal stakeholders, including supply chain, operations, warehousing, software and marketing
- Identify and secure new business opportunities to expand Capral’s market presence
- Build trusted relationships with customers, positioning yourself as a valued advisor supported by national product and technical resources
What We’re Looking For - A self-motivated professional who can plan, structure and take ownership of their territory
- A strong commercial mindset, with experience managing a sales portfolio and achieving KPIs
- Experience in technical or solution-based selling (transferable skills from related industries are welcome)
- Exposure to aluminium systems, window and door products, or the building industry is highly regarded
- A confident communicator with a proactive, relationship-driven approach
- A valid driver’s licence
