About the Role- Attend to plant and equipment breakdowns and complete scheduled preventative maintenance
- Diagnose, fault-find, and repair electrical issues on PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
- Maintain and support computer-driven manufacturing and control systems
- Provide technical support within a continuous improvement environment to optimise production
- Assist with maintenance planning to maximise productivity and quality
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical and equipment-related issues
- Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (SH&E;) standards and actively promote a strong safety culture
What We Are Looking For- WA-qualified Electrician – Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
- Current unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
- Strong electrical aptitude with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Experience with VFDs, motor control circuits, sensors, and automated machinery fault-finding
- Exposure to PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred)
- Basic mechanical fault-finding skills advantageous
- Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems highly regarded
- MEX CMMS experience desirable (training can be provided)
- Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and instrumentation drawings
- Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
- Forklift licence and EWP (+11m) desirable
- Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-focused team attitude
