About the Role

• Attend to plant and equipment breakdowns and complete scheduled preventative maintenance
• Diagnose, fault-find, and repair electrical issues on PLC-controlled manufacturing equipment
• Maintain and support computer-driven manufacturing and control systems
• Provide technical support within a continuous improvement environment to optimise production
• Assist with maintenance planning to maximise productivity and quality
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve technical and equipment-related issues
• Liaise with contractors and suppliers as required
• Ensure compliance with Safety, Health and Environment (SH&E;) standards and actively promote a strong safety culture

What We Are Looking For

• WA-qualified Electrician – Certificate III in Electrotechnology (Electrician)
• Current unrestricted WA Electrical Licence
• Strong electrical aptitude with hands-on experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
• Experience with VFDs, motor control circuits, sensors, and automated machinery fault-finding
• Exposure to PLC systems (Rockwell/Allen-Bradley preferred)
• Basic mechanical fault-finding skills advantageous
• Experience with hydraulic and pneumatic systems highly regarded
• MEX CMMS experience desirable (training can be provided)
• Ability to read and interpret electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and instrumentation drawings
• Good computer literacy, including Microsoft Office and maintenance systems
• Forklift licence and EWP (+11m) desirable
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, safety-focused team attitude
