About the Role

This hands-on position combines local deliveries with warehouse and customer support. You’ll be part of a team that keeps our operations running smoothly and our customers happy. Full training is provided across all areas of the role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver orders locally using a company vehicle
• Operate a forklift for loading/unloading safely and efficiently
• Assist with customer enquiries and general warehousing duties
• Pick, pack, and load trucks to ensure timely dispatch
• Process orders and maintain product knowledge
• Participate in stocktakes and maintain a tidy work area
• Champion safety and wellbeing for yourself and your team

About You

You are a reliable, motivated team player who takes pride in doing the job well and safely.

Essential:

• Clear and recent Driver History Report
• Minimum MR (open) licence with no restrictions
• Ability to pass a Police background check
• Customer-service focus and strong communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work proactively
• Forklift licence preferred (or willingness to obtain)
• Basic computer skills
