About the Role:

This position is responsible for developing our world-class manufacturing operation through the design and continuous improvement of mechanical, electrical and software systems. The role will focus on automation, design, process optimisation and technical problem solving to drive progress with productivity, capability and safety.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Degree qualification in Mechatronic, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (graduate to experienced levels will be considered)
• Cultural fit: Desire to continuously achieve and learn, curiosity, customer focus, team-first
• Experience with control systems, safety systems, PLCs, SCADA, hydraulics, pneumatics and servo drives
• Understanding of mechanical design, materials and manufacturing processes
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve mechanical and electrical system issues
• Experience using CAD software and interpreting technical drawings
• Ability to work collaboratively within a production and engineering environment
• Commitment to quality and safety standards
• Excellent analytical, communication and organisational skills
