Capral Aluminium is seeking a proactive Warehouse Team Leader to join our high-performing team. This hands-on role is responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining service levels, and supporting team development.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee warehouse operations: workflow, stock movements, quality checks, and delivery accuracy
• Lead and support team members, including training, task allocation, and performance feedback
• Promote and enforce safety standards (toolbox talks, inspections, housekeeping)
• Maintain accurate filing and records (cycle counts, manifests, putaway dockets)
• Monitor and report on SAP LL01 data (stock movements, critical orders, replenishment)
• Drive continuous improvement and ensure compliance with policies and KPIs

About You

Essential:

• Warehouse operations experience
• Strong knowledge of logistics/warehouse practices
• Forklift licence
• Secondary education completion

Desirable:

• SAP knowledge
• Leadership experience
• Industry experience (aluminium preferred)
