About the Role

An exciting opportunity is available for an experienced Procurement Coordinator to join our national team in a role that supports flexibility, work–life balance and career growth. You will play a key role in procurement and sourcing activities while working within a collaborative, high-performing team.

Procurement at Capral is dynamic and fast-paced, offering exposure to supplier management, global sourcing, risk assessment and continuous improvement. If you enjoy variety and making a genuine impact, this role will suit you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Raise and issue purchase orders, which includes window and door hardware
• Monitor stock availability and update delivery ETAs
• Proactively follow up outstanding and overdue purchase orders
• Source alternative products and suppliers as required
• Maintain effective supplier relationships to meet customer demands
• Negotiate pricing, quality and delivery terms
• Assist in maintaining purchasing records and supplier agreements
• Manage, correct and process blocked invoices

About You:

• Experience in aluminium window and door hardware (highly regarded)
• Relevant procurement qualifications or substantial experience in a similar role
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven negotiation capability
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office
